1. Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shubinakmart. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Eligible Items for Return
- Perfumes and fragrances in sealed, unopened condition
- Candles with original cellophane wrapping intact
- Gift sets that are unopened and in original packaging
- Body care products that are sealed and unused
- Items received damaged or defective (see Section 5)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Customizable sample sets
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@dsanddurga.pk within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 48 hours
- Ship the item(s) back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will:
- Arrange a free return pickup at no cost to you
- Process a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference
- Resolve the issue within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account for the refund
- Contact your payment provider as processing times may vary
- If the issue persists, contact us at hello@dsanddurga.pk with your order details
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please email us immediately at hello@dsanddurga.pk with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
